The Cumberland University Cheerleaders won Nationals in Chattanooga, TN on February 17th. CU cheerleaders also won Mid-South conference competiton champions on March 3rd. Shane and Nicole won partner stunt champions at Mid-South Conference. The Cumberland University Cheerleaders are as follows: Captains for the 2000-2001 year are Shane Green (Jr.), Nicole Gregg (Jr.), James Snider (Soph.), and Becky King (Soph). Freshman cheerleaders are Shelley Rowlett, Staci Stinson, Leslie Davis, Misty Miller, Allison Dugger, Amanda Waller, Laura McMillen, and Corena Bray. Soph. cheerleaders are Frank Carpenter and Brandi Quinn. Junior cheerleaders are Heidi Hooberry, Jennifer Doyle, and Alissa Vinson. Senior cheerleaders are Bill Crittenden and Luke Shepard. Graduate student cheerleader is Kevin Neal. Coach is Hunter Heath. (Former UK cheerleader) |
